Since Connor's 'big' party is going to to be this weekend in New Hampton, we had a very informal little party for him at our house last night. There were a couple of presents, a very poorly decorated cake (chocolate whipped frosting with some sugar sprinkles) and the singing of "Happy Birthday." Like most kids his age, Connor was more interested in the wrapping paper than the presents. He did seem to enjoy his cake, which was nice to see....as his sisters never really did the "smash the cake and smear it all over your face" thing...(at least I can't remember them doing that.)
These videos are going to be pretty boring for most of you who read this blog, but I thought that the grandparents might enjoy seeing him enjoy his birthday festivities.
